HELP!!!! Need air intake ASAP

I need a stock air intake w/bottom box and filter really bad to pass smog in CA....

I can borrow or buy.... Need ASAP, live in Sacramento.

if borrow, you can use my JLT for a few months!

HELP!!! Need advice as well. K&N make a filter that has EO numbers in CA... for $200 or so.
