I did the Zack extra pulley deal. I had to cut the lip off the water pump (don't ask how i did that) yesterday and powder coated it last night. Extra pulley is to help stop belt slippage.

Almost looks like it came that way from the factory.

That extra pulley does make a world of difference.

I had to do that to my water pump pulley with the larger Gortch bracket w/extra pulleys.

My bracket interfered with the water pump pulley. I just ground down a nice sweeping curve on a bench grinder to clear the pulley.
