wipers - no power

My wipers quit this weekend. I have no power on wire 406 (bn/wt) at the motor connector with the key on. The 30A fuse at the battery JB is OK. Looks like it's in the wire or connector. Any suggestions before I go further?

Looks like wire 406 (battery feed from 30A fuse) is broken somewhere in the harness. Crap!
