New Intake Manifold & S/C

I have to admit, I usually just ask a question here without doing any homework on my end, I guess it's a testament to the fine folks here and the wealth of information, even though at times it may make me look uninformed, so here it is:

If our engine is similar to the Cobra/Bullit, etc.. the aftermarket superchargers are so much cheaper for those cars, would it be possible to get a cobra intake manifold (which would basically be flipped to a mirror image of ours) and then get a supercharger to fit that new intake?

or,
even without the supercharger, could we swap intake's with other mirror image intakes that would fit the cobra or bullit?

Check out their supercharger. Says it's for Mustangs but can be retrofited to panthers.
