I have put together a list of the common parts that may need to be replaced with age. I hope this helps out. Please disregard the hyperlinks that are shown as I did not include that part of the file due to size constraints.
Revised list- March 2014

Very nice of you. I could look around here and perhaps supply some other belt numbers for various upper and lower pulley combos if you care to add.
Don't suppose you know of a low vacuum replacement for the bypass valve like Kenne Bell offers for cam swaps?

Before I sticky this, MarauderMike where did you get the info? I just want to be sure the cross-references to Dayco part numbers have been validated by someone who is familiar with the Trilogy-supplied parts.

Well, I guess that's validation enough. :D
BTW, thanks for posting that info. :bows: I know it will be even more valuable as the cars get more miles and years on them.
I changed the title so it would be easier to find.

I just replaced all my idler pulleys and accessory belt, I tried the 100" belt and it's too long. I needed a 98" belt and after talking to some others, I'm not the only one. K060980 for Gates or 980K6 for Dayco. I also noticed that the idler pulley closest to the passenger side is not listed, I cross referenced it to 89051 for a Dayco pulley.
Amazing research! You guys rock
I miss my Trilogy; I miss that sound when you get on the go pedal. The procharger is nice but I cant sneak up on anyone, lol
