View Full Version : Shifter "button" - Looking for a part#

In my quest for black-out, went to the dealership to get a black shifter button to replace the chrome one; according to them the Marauder has the chrome :confused:

Can anyone provide a part# ?

Currently have this ...

The collar has already been de-chromed - part# 3W3Z-7E026-AA

My '03 has a black leather shifter with a black button and shaft

Whoever you talked to didn't read the catalog right. The catalog only lists the chrome button. To get the Marauder Black button you need to drop about $200 and get a shifter assy. 3W3Z-7210-AA.:shake: I can't tell you why you can't get just the button for the Marauder unless they didn't make the shifter servicable.

I have a chrome button and shift bezel on my car. I will sell them to you. However, you have to buy the rest of my car with these parts. Let me know if you are interested.

Appreciate the ( tongue-in-cheek ) offer, however, as previously mentioned ... I already have the chrome version of the button ( and bezel ) and am looking for the black button. *You did read the post, right :confused: :D

That and ... the collar ( now black ) and the bezel ( now dot-matrix ) have already been upgraded.
