No, that's more than most members here can scrape together in a year.

That cover is not new, they never came painted from Ford, someone may have thrown it in a box, but that doesn't make it new. It looks like collision damage, or someone painted it with no flex additive and the paint cracked off.

Good catch. So basically its a used bumper then?
That's a question not a statement people.

Definitely used. I worked in a Ford store for many years in the body shop, they didn't come painted then, and don't now either.

I'd like to see if all the tabs are on the bumper, and what the back side looks like.

The price for that damaged rear fairing seems a bit north of high priced....

Are they that difficult to acquire in general.....?

Impossible is more accurate, no longer available from the dealer.

If it's all there, and all it needs is refinished, seems OK to me, of course if you needed it, it would be worth it, if your just looking for a spare, then I would pass.

I assume you can just use a Crown Vic rear bumper and use the Stainless Steel inserts to make it look more like a Marauder rear cover. I would not pay that $$$ for one that needs to be re done at a body shop for another approx $400.00

Kinda looks like the one on eBay that sold a month ago. It was black, had a little damage and had the original box the RELACEMENT bumper cover came in.

That would explain the paint. The problem is, it all needs to be stripped and prepped again. I would not paint over that material that is on there.

If you want to "adjust" your price, and are willing to ship, I'd be interested.
