Well after picking up the car from lids last week and with its added power Im iching to get the car to the track so I had some time over the weekend to test fit the drag wheel on the MM, Ive always ran the car at the track at full weight with the factory wheels with a Drag radial on the rear.....next time out I will be trying both the stockers and this set up......

I went from Drag Radials, which could not get traction in cool weather, to "Cheater Slicks", which resulted in too many aborted runs, to the new generation of Drag Radials.
Now I drive it to the track, let some air out the rears and run it like I brung it.:D

You might find those QTP need some bead locks.

Yep, it's a daily driver with 170+K miles.
With the current Drag Radials I have never had to abort a run.:D

With the Drag Radials I have had zero issues driving to/from the track.:D

Hope your new set up exceeds your expectations. Please report back!

Hope your new set up exceeds your expectations. Please report back! The Drag radials are great, i can hook them on blower only which is 11.3@124. However out the gate it wont hold the nitrous. They have different compounds for different tire sizes. The best size is a 275/60/15. We can put it in our cars with a little massaging on the rear brakes.

Oh Ya some rear Beed locks would look insane on the rear..........

I mark the tire/rim on the rears with a grease pencil. Look at how the rears are wearing for indication of how much air pressure.

I want to run a15 x 10 inch drag racing type rim on the rear.

These will clear the brakes with some minor massaging?

The car looks great

Would you be so kind as to list the rear wheel make, model width and the tires

what did you have to do to get them to fit? Brake issues?

thanks!

Dont do the 11.5 on that rim. It will get dangerous.

Use the 10.5 size with that wheel.
