There is no fuse so its not the fuse.

A resistor is either missing or not soldered correctly.

I can repair it for you.

I went to search how To remove this but had no luck :/ mine is also out I like to send it to you but no clue how I do so .

Short overhead console:

Remove the screw from the front center of the console by the windshield
Pull down on the console. This is the hardest part. Get your finger(s) under the edge of the console and pull down.
There are 3(?) screws that secure the compass assembly to the console. Remove them
Disconnect the electrical connections to the compass.



Long overhead console:

Remove the screw fron the front center of the console by the windshield
Remove the 2 screws in the rear sun glass storage pocket
Pull down on the console. This is the hardest part. Get your finger(s) under the edge of the console and pull down.
There are 3(?) screws that secure the compass assembly to the console. Remove them
Disconnect the electrical connections to the compass.
