I hear that same pop once upon getting underway forward/reverse after the car has been sitting. Haven't got a chance to look into it yet. Hear it sometimes when i come to an abrupt stop.

Axle bearings, parking brake shoes, rear suspension.

Pretty sure its the bearing, My car has sit since November Im just getting back to driving it, would long sits without moving it cause premature bearing failure? The Axles have been replaced a few years back. 28 spline with a Eaton Limited Slip...

Bad rear axle bearings generally don't "pop"...they roar or make cyclic sounds , like "whoon-whoon-whoon" that change with speed.

Popping is likely the parking brake shoes (very common), control arm bushing(s), or something with the Watt's Link (uncommon).

No, sitting for long periods won't make the bearings go bad.

Lol well ford screwed up again. I haven't done one burn out on the car more raced it at a track either. Only drive it on the weekends during the nicer months.

If'n you don't pressure wash inside your axle housing, figure on replacing the axle shafts & bearings every 20,000 miles, because all those metal shavings you didn't clean out will chew up everything.
