I have 191 K on my 2004 Marauder and it still runs great. Need new tires. The original BF Goodrich tires were awful. Got 37 K on first set and dummy me bought another set and got 44 K. Enough already. I switched to Goodyear Eagle F1 and got 52 K and now I have a second set of Goodyear F1's with nearly 60 K on them. Time for new tires now. Much to my dismay this tire isn't made any more in the 235/50-18 front and 245/55-18 rear. I went onto Tire Rack's web site and the only matching set is the original BF Goodrich but Firestone has a Firehawk in the front and rear size needed. No other tires match the Marauder in the tire sizes we have for front and rear. After my two awful experiences with BF Goodrich originals I was thinking about the Firehawk from Firestone. I was wondering has anyone bought these and how are they working out ? Would you recommend ?

Have Cooper. RS3A in factory sizes and i like them alot. A little over 1000 miles on them. Better treadwear rating and great on dry and wet so far. And pretty cheap right now thru treaddepot.com which is where i got mine in two days delivered

I'd like to know what your ^^^^^^ secret is !!! Most people here would have loved to get 37K or 44K out of the OEM BF Goodrich tires. What the H3LL am I doing wrong that I have never gotten more than 21K out of the rears and 36K out of the fronts? I dumped the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 with only 15K on those rears. Guess that I am just really hard on tires even though I checked tire pressure frequently running 35 psi front and 38 psi rear.

I really like my Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval AS tires in factory sizes. They beat the living crap out of the BFG's that where on the car when I got it.

I run the Nitto NT555's. 255/45-18 on the front and 265/50-18 on the rear. The diameters are really close the the OEM. Theses are summer tires only. Not as good in the rain from a dead stop as the BFG's, but much more grip in the dry.

I've got the Cooper's on mine, and I'm very happy with them all around. They're quiet on dry roads....good in the rain, and handle decent.
