Well, after a great experience this weekend with the Chicago group, I had to go out and buy an '04. Will pick it up Thursday or Friday. Silver, Dk Charcoal with all options (black is vicious looking but I need ease of maintenance – I had bad luck with a red SHO, so silver wins). I hope this car will be as fun as it sounds like you all have with it and as the test drives I had on Sunday. The 19 year old in me thanks you for bringing it out of me; the parent in me is already dreading more unnecessary monthly payments. Now I feel official.

Congratulations on the new ride and welcome to the site! This is the place for all your MM questions and info. I just passed one month of ownership of my '04 and have no regrets. Only a few minor issues that the dealer has taken care of promptly. I enjoy driving it every time I sit behind the wheel as I am sure you will too.

Congradulations on your Marauder! You are only as old as you feel, and a car like the Marauder will help you feel young, while making you still look responsible and mature as your real age is :)

What, only 19. And what is this parent thing your talking about? Congrats on the new ride, just watch out for those Hondas. Seriously it's like they declared war or something.
Enjoy the car.

I picked up my factory-ordered MM a few weeks ago and have been thrilled with my decision. There were a few little delivery defects, but the dealership was great about remedies. I so enjoy the car and it is very nice to drive with the factory sunroof open (or closed). I got the car in black and some of my co-workers think it looks like an "federal car on steriods." I hope that you enjoy your new MM as much as I have enjoyed mine and best of luck.

Congradulations Steven, you won't regret the purchase. Just remeber what Mac said Sunday, "this car is a diesease". I couldn't agree more with him. Enjoy! :banana2:

Yes, UAW has been very helpful. THough everytime I sit down with the salesman the price ends up different. I actuallyt enjoy that part though as they are always trying to get something past the customer, though sometimes in the end it seems like one way or the other they sneak some extra cost in.
