Side Molding Delete Question

I'm having my cowl hood and spoiler painted in a few weeks, and am debating taking off the side molding.

Ever since I saw Sherm's car at Marauderville I've had it in mind to do this. Right now I'm battling cold feet.

Anyone know what it looks like under there? Where are the holes and how big/bad are they? (wait for it:D). My paint guy is pro, hes done some amazing work before for me any my buddies.

Is this worth doing? Will be retiring the beast from DD service soon with BOOOOST!

The rear doors have a hole about the size of a quarter.

You can kinda see it in this pic. The grey dot.
