Don't use Champion plugs!

Otherwise just about anything else will work OK.

Stay away from the gimmicky stuff.

Just curious, how often should you changed the plugs n COPS. Aren't the plugs supposed to be good for 100K??? I'm wanting to do it cause it's one of the first things I've done when another car enters the stable, but I don't want to throw away money.

If you have a tune you want to go one step colder and use a copper plug.
I use Motorcraft SP505 (inexpensive from Rock Auto or Tasca).
I change them evey 36,000 miles. I'm on my third set. I now have
153,000 miles +.

I change plugs once a year regardless of mileage.

COPs you only change when needed.

From your sig it looks like Mo's did your tune, I recommend talking to Marty or Jeff.

Most likely the NGK TR6 (stock heat range) or TR55 (one heat range colder) will be what is recommended.

Also Granatelli Motor Sports Coil On Plug Connectors are a good upgrade as if are our cars had plug wires these would be the upgrade piece over stock.
