wait a minute. This is an ineffective thread. You can't start a thread posting about a problem but already have it fixed.
you have to start a thread, complain about a problem, let people chime in, then post up in a couple hours or maybe a day or two to let us know you fixed it.
this just isn't right.

Neil thanks for offering I'll definitely keep that in mind but I don't think the BCM is my issue.
It's not full on or off all the time. I can dial it back to low(on the eatc unit) and use the steering wheel or dial to raise the speed. It likes surging from low to high then eventually high for a while then it might go back to low. At least it's blowing cool air out of the correct vents.
Did yours just go out completely or was it doing the surging?

Went completely dead. Blower motor had power, but no ground. When I grounded the motor with the power probe the blower motor worked.

i think they go out in various ways, mine would work on high but nothing else. replaced the bcm and all is well

Now that you mention it today I noticed at mid speed it was "surging" just a little bit. Thats what I get for buying Napa vs. OEM...............
Was it made in Brazil? It's that the piece on the firewall under the heater hoses? Looks like fun trying to get it off.

No, it's start a thread, have thread responded with half asses guesses, then be told to do a search, then member shout outs, a TWSS, offer $8 for the car, thread totally derailed, then one word replies for a post count +1, then it comes back with gay innuendo and finally ends with the OP finding the solution out himself.
Yep, he didn't follow the formula for a effective tech thread on mm.net. :shake::rolleyes:
