badgeless Grilles are hand made by using a grille and parts from another and some fabrication skills. It was never a factory or aftermarket option. Either have to make it yourself or possibly Zack over at the Chicago Garage Forum - Marauder section. he has made them in the past.

I've been working on my badgeless grill on and off for a few weeks now. Planning on starting a thread soon showing how I did mine.

The OEM ones are $200.00 from the dealer.... And it takes 2 to make 1. And I've been told not to use an aftermarket one, because they are cheaply made. And you always want to keep your stock one, just in case you ever need it. So with that said to buy one already done painted and everything, I'd think about $600.00 for one would be fair..... That just my .02 cents worth.

I'd like to see that. It's the next step in my build after I get this rear end finished.

Take your time and look around. I was able to get two used black OEM grills pretty cheap. One was slightly damaged, but still very usable for the teeth and the other had no major issues at all.
Just finished my badgeless except for some touchup painting for well under $200. Just took my time hunting for the grills and building it.

I was talking about buying one from someone that is already done. You figure everything that's involved in producing the product, time, fuel, material, paint shop. "I'm a stickler on using new parts when they can be obtained." Just everything that goes into making one, don't be surprised if they want $400.00 to $600.00 for one. Now to build one yourself, that's a totally different ball game.

Yep, one from Zack is the hot ticket, expect $400-600 for one though.

Does he still make them? I've interested in one also. If so, how do we get ahold of him?
