If you get either one, it is a wise idea to order another key for it as well.

Here you go:

Gorilla Locks
Gorilla Guard Locks (4 locks, free spinning sleeve on the outside of the lock) -
61681 - Chrome
Gorilla Locks (4 locks) - 71681N - Chrome, 71681NBC - Black Chrome
Gorilla Lock System (20 locks) - 71683N - Chrome, 71683NBC - Black Chrome

I'd recommend going with the "system".

"System" is the best for keeping your wheels on your car but the worse if you loose the key!

I hate them, all of them. If I want your wheels I'll take them with or without locks. Snap On, Matco, Mac all make tools to remove them...if your a decent thief you own the tools.

That's true but with the "system" each lug requires the key lock to remove and a thief is not going to spend that much time unless they know they have it.

I look at locking lugs the same way I look at having an alarm system: if a professional thief wants your specific car (or wheels), he'll have it, regardless.

Locking lugs help keep the average street punk from taking them...it's a lot easier to steal the vehicle 2 cars down that has the keys in the ignition.

That's why the first thing you do is get a spare key and keep it at home.

It's also easier to steal wheels that have one lock per wheel.

If you have 20 locks you'll have to work really long and hard to get them all off. Something a thief won't do unless he steals the entire vehicle.

A thief will do what he wants.

But better to be proactive than reactive and wishing you would have tried something before the thief struck.

Gorillas FTW.

I haven't seen or heard of a car up on blocks with the wheels stripped in years. That went out with Boy George around here. It's not really an issue unless you have to leave your car in some really desolate place for some reason.

The bottom-feeders will break in and grab stuff they can get quick - radios, GPS units, your other junk, etc.

Anyone else who wants stuff that takes any time to get (like wheels, air bags, etc) just takes the whole car and strips it somewhere else at their convenience now.

I still have wheel locks on my old Vic - I probably still have "The Club" in there somewhere, too :o -but I don't kid myself that they're doing anything anymore ;)

Lug locks are like deadbolts on your house doors. If the thief wants in there is no stopping him. The deadbolt stops the doorknob rattler. Deadbolt in place, move to the next house where they don't have the lock.

Gorilla - System FTW!

20 locks instead of 4
They don't cause wheel imbalance like the 1-lock per wheel setups
I think they look good on the car also - symetrical, matching, etc.
They are very inexpensive also

I prefer 5 different sets of locks. Can never be too safe. Especially since I spent several thousand on rims and tires. The gorilla locks with the sleeve seem great, especially since they can prevent most common thieves from jamming any type of socket over the lock and breaking it loose. However, I also use two other types, just in case they didn't bring all their thieving tools.

Also, I have a tilt sensor on my alarm which was an additional $50. So good luck jacking my car off the ground 1 inch to remove the rim. I challenge anybody with any tool set or equipment to steal my rims before I get to my door with the safety off. Better to try and tow my entire car away with the alarm blaring.

I ordered all my sets off amazon. The price is approximately $20 or so per set which is cheaper than most stores.

Yep, put 16 of the set of 20 on, and put 4 of the spinners on.

Locks are a waste of money, they're easy to take off. Even without a key. Just buy a nice alarm system and be happy! ;)

An alarm system is a waste too. Wave bye to your MM as it disappeares down the street on a flat bed..... Alarm wailing away.

The whole idea is to make theft harder than the car next to you.

Not with my Viper Smart Start it won't. And if it did, the GPS would get them a Shotgun to the face! J/S

I work as a tire tech for almost 20 years. Locks will not slow someone down... I've removed more sets of locks than I care to count.
