2:55 of the video, "I'm not too crazy with that [Kooks] funky radius here, neither the exit of the collector..."
'Nuff said. SW FTW! :banana2:

Nice video, but Stainless works makes the better header.

Wow, those Kooks look like they would be a ***** to install. Nice video showing the difference. I am impressed with the SW.

That's Pier! He has a 5.4 with a 5 speed in his vic. He makes pedal setups for people doing the manual swap on the panther platform.

That's Pier! aka 2004_p71 here and over at CVN.
Nice comparison. Didn't realize the passenger side of those Kook's looked like that. Yuck.

Why would Kook's have that spaghetti maze of pipes? Makes no sense....

Could be Kooks is built for each tube to be a certain length? Or maybe they had some surplus bent tubing they were trying to get rid of?
It is cheaper to build them with the tubes lined up resulting in all a different random length.
Would be interesting to have seen a comparison of the flange and how they match up to the ports.

SW headers can be installed on engine outside car & engine/tranny dropped into car with SW headers already installed....
