A/C issues

So the A/C controls are acting up, mostly blows cold out of the defrost or floor vents, won't blow out of the normal vents. It seem like the controls are trying to change while accelerating or decelerating. Could this be a vacuum issue or is it more likely the control module?

Sounds like the o-rings in the EATC are bad. Common problem.
