Got most of it off, soap vinegar and water. Any suggestions for that last little bit?

Dried egg can = paint damage. Get it off asap & don't get too aggressive.

Track your time & material costs. Send an invoice for clean up to the parents.

If they don't pay, go to Small Claims or turn over to collections agency.

It's not the egg itself that causes the real damage it is the shell that acts like dozens of little blades that cut through the clear coat and paint.

Got most of it off, kept soaking the area with a wet rag. Cops can't do anything cause no one saw it and there was a big party, could have been anyone.
.38 sounds real good, or maybe a 30/30.
Hope my bro-in-law can help with the damaged, he's real good with an airbrush.

If there is any damage to the clear coat after you clean it off, use a paint cleaner like Klasse AIO or polish the area with something mild with a dual orbital.....

Finish it off with some wax or sealant and you'll be good to go.....:beer:

All the egg is off but I guess they ground them in and cut through the paint with the shell. Almost looks like a lamprey bite. Will be painting.

Not ground in, just thrown. As the shell brakes it leaves very sharp edges that cut the paint forming the concentric circles that look like a bite as each little bit shatters off forming a new set of sharp edges.

I'm sure it looks kind of like this.

Can this type of damage be fixed w/o painting?

Damn I have that damage on my rear bumper! Always thought it was an asshat that tapped my bumper with their plate screw.

That's It!!! It's deep enough to need painting. Wax would hide it a little. One spot on the trunk lid and one on the driver's side passenger door.

If damage is only in the surface of the clear you might be able to spot spray with Blending Clear. The BC melts the original clear & would fill the imperfectioms. Then a little sanding & polishing and good as new. Worth a try before spending the big bucks.
