I have the 91 octane tune loaded, and I have 2 questions.

1) It doesnt matter how long the battery is disconnected, the tune is written on the ECM so I dont have to worry about anything once I hook the battery back up right?

2) How can I change the idle rpms, and in gear rpms of the trilogy tune on the xcal 3. Does this permanently chance the original trilogy tune?

#1, Correct

#2, You can't, the tune is locked. You will need to get an unlocked tune to make changes. Check with Lidio or Mo for your options (insert name of any other tuner you know also)

Good luck! :D

when I had just a lidio tune, i went into "custom settings" or "custom tune" or something like that and changed it. I didnt know if that would work with the trilogy tune though, and if it we-wrote the tune.

So I cant do this?

If the options were added to the tune on the xcal you could change those settings. And once you change them it will ask if you want to keep those options changed the next time you load a tune.

Correct.

I believe that the only problem is that the Trilogy canned tune is locked and does not allow you to change parameters.
