Hey -

I finally visited the Simeone Automotive Museum just south of Philly today:

http://simeonemuseum.org/

It's incredible.

I was thinking that it would be a great place to have a meet.

They welcome car clubs and groups.

A friend of mine works there. He's one of the lucky ones who gets to drive the cars around. Maybe I should call him to get more details, and to ask if they would welcome some Marauders in the parking lot.

It's a great museum, I've been there three times.
If you ever have a long layover in Philly, it's just a short cab ride from the airport.

Yes...I spoke to my friend about having a group of Marauders at the museum in October when the Daytona Coupe will be featured. The museum is very interested in car club participation, and will provide select parking for us if we preregister. There is also on-site catering available for groups, including buffet dinner.

I will follow up with the event director to get all the details, including ticket prices. This is an outstanding opportunity to have a great time at a class location.

This museum sounds awesome Mark! I have buds who live in the Philly So. Jersey area, but unfortunately none of em are car nuts (so I never knew this museum existed before you started this thread).

Hope you are able to put things together for a good meet! Definitely on the to do list the next time I am up that way:burnout:
