Weird door lock issue

Earlier this week by driver power lock switch would only unlock the doors, passenger one worked fine.

I got three switches in my possession from a junkyard and now they only work with the key out or the car off. Having the key turned back for electronics or on while running, the switch will not work.

The switch is fully functional with the key out of the ignition. Passenger switch is doing the same. I fear the LCM again.

Thoughts?

Mine does that too...but it don't tink afterwards...:D
