Getting Headers Coated

HI i'm about to order some stainless works headers soon as was wondering if anyone knew of somewhere to get the headers coated that would be cheaper than what stainless works is offering. They say it is a two week turn around and the price is right at 450 for the headers only. I was also wondering if it were possible to get them painted red instead of the black that stainless works is offering.

Google "jet hot coating". I think there is a company in Burlington or Greensboro N.C.

I talked to them a little earlier about their process. I am waiting to hear back from them about the issues they had with the red color for the jet coating. He said that the coating wasnt holding up past 1000 degrees and they're working on it to try to get the coat to hold up past 1300 degrees like the rest of their coats. He said he would know more around the end of this week or beginning of next week. They're price for the red would be about 500 he said but just the regular coat or black would be about 400. If they can do the red I might end up going with them. Thanks for the link though.

I also talked to these guys and they seem pretty straight forward. They offered the base coat for 285 and said if I wanted black it would add 50 dollars to it. They cant do red though. He also stated that they offer a 10% discount to military so that would bring it down a little to about 257. I may look into going with them. Thanks for the link also.

They offer coating for 250 and could offer me a number of coats including blue and gold. They seem pretty good also I just have to narrow down those choices. I really want them red though!!!
