I have called six different shops and was told the current company is changing so they stopped production. This may start back up Oct..........

No way in hell I'm going to spend 1k for an adapter and the other isn't compatible.

Other options are see if someone wants to sell me one on here, wait and maybe get one after Oct. I could try the Audiovox fm modulator, but I'm not sure if this would even work with the Escape unit........plus a modulator :shake:

Thanks, I contacted this company as well. They are out of stock and won't see any more until after October (maybe) due to the manufacturer.
This was the case with all the other companies as well.

The back of the box says it will work on a 01-03 Escape and a 98-04 Crown Vic/Grand Marquis. I bought it for $5 at Circuit City when they were going out of business. If you want it, send me a PM.
