Does anyone here ever clean their headers?

I'm doing some cleaning under the hood while everything is torn down for the Eaton Swap and was wondering what recommendations there are for the cleaning the headers?

I would use a fine grade of steelwool unless they are ceramic coated.

Check with Stainless works, maybe they have, or can recommend a polish/cleaner.

Summit sells stuff specifically for Jet-Hot/Ceramic coated headers:

"CERMA-GLOW"

I bought a jar recently, but have not had a chance to use it yet.
