I was just wondering... What is a good 1/8 mile time with the mods in my sig? My buddy is pushing me to go to the track (1/8 mile) and open up the Marauder and see what she can do. I want to do it too, since the time has come to do a couple burnouts and 0-80 blasts! The best place is the track! :burnout:

As warm as it is, performance is going to be down a bit. I'd say you'll prolly run 9.0 to 9.4 on a 1/8th track.

Really depends on traction, maybe 8-9 sec range

My best 9.75. But Paul T. turned 8.89 that same night.

I ran an 8.99 with 3.73 gears N/A - with 4.30's you should be able to hit 8.5's with traction.
Let some air out the the rear tires. Try it with about 25pounds.

Thanks! If it ever stops raining (rainy season), I will get down there and do a shakedown! :banana2: :burnout:
I suppose I could have picked a better time of year to decide to do this, lol! ;):P
Oh yeah, do you run with or without the traction control on?

For real man! It has rained everyday for what seems like the entire summer. :(

Definitely want traction control off, O/D should be OFF too.

At what point does traction control start working? I mean, a hard 1st to second shift can lay a pretty good patch of rubber, but, would traction control kick in for that or does the traction loss have to be longer?

Traction control will act instantly at any wheel slip by pressing brakes for you - you dont want that! Again just turn off both TC and OD for drags.
