How big of a job is it to replace drivers side manifold gaskets, with the engine in the car? Any suggestions appreciated... Thanks

Stock headers, a real beotch. It can be done though. Aftermarket, easier. Still a beotch, esp. if you don't have a lift!

When I did my headers, I didn't think the drivers side was that terrible. The nasty looking, rusty exhaust studs actually come out pretty easily and there's plenty of room under there. Remove the steering shafts, oil filter, and wheel well liner and it opens up all kinds of room.
The EGR nut on the other hand....

Use a torch on the EGR nut. That's common. Use MLS gaskets if possible. Less chance of leaks.
