Had a great turnout at Captain Dan's Crabhouse for the 3rd Annual CAM Meet. Weather held out rather nicely with no rain enroute, at the event, or on the way home.

About 12 cars and 24 people attended.

The Crab ^^^^^^ Eaters: Prices were by the dozen (buy 12, get 14) --- Small ($27), Medium ($39), Med-Large ($51), Large ($63), and Extra Large ($75). A bushel of Extra Large was $279.00.

Sherm chased me all the way home and we saw this on the Capital Beltway I-495 near Joint Base Andrews (formerly Andrews AFB).

Of course I had a great time as I was able to make it this year. Charlie is correct, no rain at all. I'm glad I was able to drive my Marauder and dad and I had some "spirited" driving on the way home!

Good to meet you Whitey and put a face with the name. Also Rick I didnt get a chance to talk to you all that much but it was a pleasure to meet you. Paul's older brother Mike (olep71dude) came and such a gentleman. As always it was good to talk with you Mike and hope those brake lines are the size you need!

It was good talking with Bruce, who Charlie mentioned, has a Marauder but is not on the forums. I hope we have convinced him to keep his Marauder and come out to more events!

My belly is full from crabs. I think my Uncle really enjoys us coming out. Next year I'm going to look into creating some dash plaques and see if my Uncle will be ok putting the captain Dan logo on it.

It was great to see everyone yesterday. Ryan, you are correct: we had a couple fun "quick-starts" at the lights. Like the one where you beat me off the line at Harpers Ferry. I think DAD needs the Super Charger - NOT YOU!!!! Hahahaha.

Hey thanks! Maybe I'm getting the "low" look with the 20 inch Shelby wheels. The tires that I'm currently running on it are 255/35 up front and 285/30s in the rear. I also have the QA1 coilover springs. Maybe this is getting the low look vs. the MM stance. Thanks again for the compliment. I like it too!:D

And it was very nice meeting you all, even though I may not remember your names on the first go 'round. That is just a clear incentive for me to attend MORE of these to "study" & improve my retention !

And Cap't Dan came through for us as well - the food was Great & the service was Great as well ! They treated us like Royalty !

Just heard from Bruce yesterday, he sold the Marauder. While sad for Bruce its not a total loss because it was bought by Jonathan who is an inactive member here. Jonathan now owns two 300A's. It went to a good home and I guess that all that matters.
