The Marauders PCV valve is not heated. Look at the PCV fitting in the upper intake manifold. See the two tubes with hoses connected to them? There is engine coolant running through them. That is the "heated" part of the PCV system. If you took the upper intake off you'd see a spot near the fitting that has no oil staining. That is what a heated PCV system will give you.

Yeah, but in the manual is written from the celectrical connectors. But maybe that means the CV

The Ford Shop Manual has no such connector anywhere in the PCV system.
I have never seen a PCV valve with an electrical connector.

I think that's a tube running from the PCV to the upper intake, not an electrical connection.

The part circled in your picture is a vacuum line.
Can you give a page number from the manual? My factory service manual makes no reference to an electrical connector related to the PCV system.

The part you circled in the picture is the rubber fitting to connect the braided vacuum hose from the PCV valve to the upper intake manifold. It is NOT an electrical connector.

The Aviator 4.6 DOHC has the electrical wiring at the PCV. The Marauder does not.

What section in the service manual is it? Many of us have the factory service manuals, if you can help reference it more closely, that will be a big help.

I'm looking at a paper manual and there is nothing about a heated PCV valve.

Thats, what i wonder why.
But u can understand my incomprehension about the electrical connector?
But i guess, it's a mistake in the manual, means an other car

Agreed. Might be for a Lincoln Aviator, but the electrical connector doesn't apply to a Marauder. See Russ's reply (post #10)
