We are happy to say that we have a New Oil Separator kit for the 2003, 04 Marauders.

Machined from billet aluminum and they use a metal mesh filter for the best oil collection possible.
Available in a clear (satin) and black anodized finish, they include custom aluminum fittings, clamps and a rubber cup attached to the bottom to protect the valve cover.

You will need to cut your factory line to install, but we have included easy instructions and a full install video.

Using the factory line gives a nice OEM look as well as a secure mounting point. It's sits level on the valve cover and doesn't bounce around.

how to you dump it. Rotate it up 30 degrees? Twist off bottom?

Lift up and unscrew it or pull the hose ot of the rubber ends and unscrew it.

Bo Time?

Also, is there an advantage of the oil separater vs the PVC pre-filter? Can they be used together?

Not sure what Bo time is, LOL

The separator is for the PCV (passenger side) which will get the majority of the oil and the pre filter for the driver which sees little if any oil depending on condition.

Gotcha. I might pass on the pre filter then. But it sounds like the separator is a must, especially with this kit.

I have one of each, my plumbing had to be done differently for the Trilogy, mine is located just in front of the cam cover.
But with the pre filter and the catch can I am certain my intake is much cleaner, easy cleanup and in satin black virtually invisible.

I definitely want to see the results! Metal mesh is the way to go, its how i made mine. Looks good guys, keep up the good work!. I want to see how it compares to mine with how much oil it collected. It seems i was collecting a lot of moisture in the winter months, and now that its summer, its pretty much straight oil. Ill run mine for 2000 miles and report back on how much oil i caught. I recently drained mine at 149,0xx miles, hopefully we can compare results, and learn about whats best.

You should use both filters, oil gets in from both sides.

We just bought two of the cobra filters! Now these come out...

It's easy to change the fittings for your application.

Results for mine are in. About 2200 miles, i caught a shade less than a 1/2 oz of straight oil.

This may be perfect timing for me to get one. About to do the rear cooling mod and install the procharger.

any results yet? I dumped my can again, although im not sure on how many miles, it was less than 2000 for sure, I caught atleast an ounce, kind of scared me seeing so much more than last time, but results in real world driving have many variables that cant be avoided, such as temperature, which I believe to be the largest variable of all. also, it was straight oil again, not the water/oil milkshake I was seeing last winter.

Are you pumping your product in my thread? Seems like it, so please become a vendor and you can start your own thread.
Thank you

Here is some testing we did recently http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4GDl7aGolE4
