Where's the best place to get a NEW driver door. Mine has some rust at the bottom that keeps creeping back through the paint after I fix it, and it's loaded with paint blisters form FoMoCo.
I'm not having much luck googling it.

Junkyard and repaint is probably your best bet.

I would think they still make them new.
RockAuto, Tasca and others don't list it. I hate to go to the dealer.

Isn't it a grand marquis door with a marauder trim?

Tommy, there are plenty of Panthers in yards by me. Probably close to 100 at U-Pull-It on north ave, but they all have layers upon layers of paint. Most went from cop cars to taxis, you bet they didn't sand them down, just painted over. A lot of work would be required to paint it properly.

Another yard has a good amount of civilian Panthers, but they are usually from the 97-2001 era. I am not sure that will work.

I would really prefer a new door. I can't believe they are no longer made.....
