strange shake

On the way to and from NH noticed a shake during 2nd to third shifts around 50-55 MPh,only when driving like a normal person,feels like you are hitting a rumble strip on the hiway for a half a second,feels like its in the rear right ,when you get on it pretty good doesn't do it.definatly feels like in the back end of car,any ideas.

Stop driving like a normal person

sounds like the rear probably right axle bearings now you can do your gears and axles

Problems with axle bearings don't happen for only a half second and don't go away when you get on it. Sounds like the infamous torque-converter clutch shudder to me.

When was the last time the ATF was changed?

Check your U joints for excessive play.

Unknown,128,000 miles ive had it since 90,000Smell and colour tell you very little about the condition of the fluid other than if it's completely oxidized. You can't tell anything about the additive pack which gets depleted over time. Even if it was changed before you bought it, it's time again.

Hope its not an axle bearing, that would mean the axle is toast also.

I service my Marauder trans every 30,000 miles, sounds like your Marauder is due for trans servicing.
