Transmission Repair Advice

Hey guys. I know that it's been a long time since I've posted and I hope everyone is still doing well... My DTR has been off the road for quite a while now and that is about to change in September!

To make a very long story short, the wife said that I had to get another, more "family friendly", vehicle before continuing with anymore projects, including my Marauder...

I found a 2004 Econoline Conversion Van and purchased it from a seller in Cleveland... The trans started slipping in OD less than 50 miles into the return trip. It looks like I need a new 4R70W installed by the end of the month.

Any shop suggestions in the DMV? My go-to High Perf. Shop is not what they used to be and I'm back in the hunt for a dependable and competent shop to trust my mechanical babies with...

How far are you looking to travel? We can install a new trans, and we do good work, but we are in Southern, MD and might be farther than you wanna travel
