I've had the Monroe Severe Service ones, one started to leak within a year of it being on and the ride was kinda harsh. Went back to OEM Motorcraft and been riding fine for years now.

Put them on myself after riding in Curless's car (no not the back seat).
Cut off the cover, painted the bottoms black and run 305's :banana2:

I have installed Monroe:
# 553001 severe duty on the front
# 550018 severe duty on the rear.

The car tracks fine on the road courses when racing at SAAC weekends..

I was thinking of replacing the shocks and struts, with moog coils up front. I always thought people preferred the kyb gas-a-just, am I wrong?

Did not try them, they have a poor reputation here. I used Penske 7500 double adjustable.
