Thanks for all the responses... first I guess I have to admit we are SPOILED in the WEST, as without much rain, no snow, salt, low humidity, and relatively clean roads--our worst cars see little of the action of the midwest and east coast's cars. That said--we are sometimes called car snobs... or unrealistic, as our expectations of clean are simply based on our local weather reality.

As such, I am looking for a very very clean, sub 40,000 mile grandpa's or grandma's car :), Must pass CA Smog (thus limiting the superchargers applications somewhat).

I know they are next to impossible to find--two have slipped by me in the last three years. One, I was litterally 10 minutes behind the first caller--who said he'd take it, and flew from the east to buy it in La Jolla, CA. He scored BIG!

I AM STILL SICK THAT ONE GOT AWAY: 2004 SB, $15,500, 36,000 MILES, OWNED BY A MILLIONAIRE. LIKE NEW.
