Contact FBM, I had mine in two days and then shipped my old one back to him.

Here's a link to the OEM relay used. You can get them through Mouser Electronics, but IIWY, I'd go with a HD relay to replace as the OEM relay will fail again; ask me how I know...:o

You can certainly solder in an OEM type relay but you'll be replacing it again. The only REAL fix is a heavy duty external relay.
I can help you with that. Got a bunch waiting to be shipped out.

Just over the course of the past week or so, I just started having issues with my lights on my 2003. I reckon it's the relays on the LCM, however on Mouser's website http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/NEC/EQ1-11111S/?qs=8Cp0WjuzHTu56lRng41mdw== they say it's no longer available.
2 questions:
1- Anyone know where to find these parts if still in production?
2- FBM- What exactly is involved in the process of installing what you provide to us? I've tried to step through the multiple threads on this, but still uncertain.

Neo, it involves about $10 in parts, and a half hour to solder 4 wires....easy peezy. Get a 30 or 40 amp relay from a FLAPS, and get a harness that it plugs into. Relay should be 4 pins.

The OEM relays are not in production and if you do replace the failing relay with an OEM one you will have the same problem again.
Send it to me and I'll fix it.
I guaranty my work for as long as the car in on the road.

Thanks for your reply guys. I actually have a guy that I work with who is going to help me with this. The same day I posted this, I had asked him about it and he knew right away about the problem. He's fixed it before, and we're going to set up the external relay. Just curious - if you wouldn't mind sharing the part numbers you used for your repair?
Also, I've spent an hour searching online, anyone know specifically what the other relays on the board support? I've seen the graphic where it circles the headlight relay, but cannot find any information on the other relays and which components specifically they control. I have an idea what they control, just not what relay does what.

I put back in an OEM relay, but I cut a copper heat sink and soldered it on the back side to draw heat away from the relay. If it goes out again I will be going a different route.

I use a typical Bosch relay and it fits inside the LCM and looks stock when installed. I have done at least a dozen of them.
