rear control arm torque specs

Anybody know what the range of torque for the rear control arm and Watts link bolts is? I need to verify my (Metco) arms are torqued properly with the suspension in rest position. It was suggested the low range of the torque setting would be preferred to allow free movement of the arms.

An excerpt from the manual would be great also.

Mine was tight as sh$t torque. ..its just fine
