When I was much younger, and cassette tapes were the rage, Mr. Dolby made listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon album while wearing headphones one of the coolest things I'd ever done!

Dolby was quite the innovator, used some dolby noise reduction gear during recording.

Still have this sitting in a box in the closet......used it when recording Albums to a Half track reel to reel, in this recording application was better than Dolby.
