A while back I had both heat & ac blowing out the the ducts. I replaced the O rings all seemed fine. Well it started to do it again heat from floor vents & AC from all others. Could I have messed up ? What is the fix how do I check it & what is the fix ?

Sounds like it might be the blend door motor.

I was wishing you wouldn't say it is the blender door. Doesn't that take total four hours labor ?
