I bought a Cobra long block from Embassy, I am going to get it this weekend ! IT HAS BEEN DOWN A WHOLE YEAR!

you could have the stock throttle body ported as an alternative.

Then you'd have to make new blades... buy time you spend that time and money you can get an Accufab one.

posi port (I believe) and Stiegemeier both port stock throttle bodies and I'm not sure they make new blades for it. However, cost effectiveness of using posi or steigemeier would probably be an issue.

I do know I've seen how-to's on porting the throttle body on svt-p and lightning rodder and none of them say you need to make new blades.

Posi and stiege port the the casting entrances for smoother flow. They do not, ever, touch the blades or that area surrounding the closed blades. You do have to port match the upper plenum with a 65mm tb. The blades won't open all the way otherwise.
