I put in for it off when Chris first told me about it. There is also a Panther specific meet going on that same day at some lighthouse in Jamestown/Newport. Maybe we can meet up with them later on. I told them to come to Ft Adams and their verdict was that they didn't want to show the vomit comets with a bunch of antiques and classics. I plan on being there though.

I guess I'm not invited to McDonalds???? The Shell station, McDonalds, and the Brewery are all within a couple of miles from me. So give me a call when you get close and I'll meet you guys.

After the show, if you have time, we can hit the Brewery if open. If not, plenty of great places to have a beer by the beach here.

Just finished cleaning under the hood a few minutes ago.

I'm attempting to polish (or is it Polski) my headlights. I'll see (get it? see?) how they turn out. I've used this process in the past and it worked awesome on my CVPI. Gonna try cleaning the engine bay afterwards

There's nice hotels, just too damn expensive! There's a few hotels in Middletown, RI. which is about 5 miles from downtown, Newport. Should get decent prices as long as it's after Labor day.

I've always had a soft spot for vintage Land Rovers. This was one clean Series 2 88. The 88 stands for the 88 inch wheel base. It was parked outside the show. Wish I got a better picture of it.
