So I'm about to put my Marauder on Craigslist and Auto Trader and I'm little nervous about letting people test drive it. I've never sold a car that has the performance this car does. Go WOT at the wrong time and things get interesting fast. Anybody have any advise?

Yeah. Asking Price in hand (certified funds) or no drive. Or you drive it for them.

I took people for a ride... Then if they have full funds and all documents aside from title are signed, cash in hand, they can drive it... But I've made people sign a waiver that they are responsible...

You ride along on the test drive and tell them up front not to get on it hard, simple as that....
They can get a feel for how it handles and brakes but, it's not gonna get hammered with you in the passenger seat watching them....
For those that won't offer a test drive, be prepared to lose a lot of potential buyers. Especially cars with some miles on them. A buyer that likes the way the car sounds and handles is more likely to sign the big check.....

Yep. You drive it for them, until you can be sure you have a real buyer.
Some may not like that, but they should respect that. Heck, it might even help the sale because they know how sensitive the owner is about the car and who drives it!

There are always exceptions to every rule and I'll agree that some deals work out great with proper planning.....
I bought my SB over the phone sight unseen because it was located about 1000 miles away but, it was a low mile car handled by an executer of a will and I got to talk to the mechanic who handled the car for the person who passed away...
Getting the title transferred with death certificates and court documents was not a lot of fun but, after seeing the pictures and documentation, I pulled the trigger...
In some cases you have to jump before someone else swoops in....
~ For local deals, a test drive on a ten year old car shouldn't be a real big deal for a buyer that's interested in selling....

I'm sorry, I disagree.....
Think any car and forget about a Marauder for a moment.....
If you were a potential buyer of any ten year old car with some miles on it, you would want at least a mile or two test drive to see what the car feels like with out getting on it....
That test drive can make or break the deal and if it's positive, the chances of your sale just increased 100%. You deny a potential buyer that experience, you've just lost customers and that's not a good idea if your goal is to sell...

Maybe if it was an NA Marauder, it's pretty hard to get yourself into trouble with that kind of power.
I would never, ever, ever let someone test drive a supercharged Marauder without money in hand. That's looking for trouble.
