OEM Radio questions - Aux input?

I have been looking around to try and find a DIY on adding a aux input jack to the OEM radio. Is there one around? I know it can be done with an adapter but I have seen factory radios for sale with the jack right in the front of the radio. I have only been able to find the DIY for GM vehicles.
