Not trying to start any drama just not seeing complete kit
OK got in this eaton swap from DAD.
read ad above tell me if I got complete to install minus inter cooler pump and heat exchanger.
Parts I got: 1- ported eaton with only iat sensor and pulley. no bypass
2- ported neck and throttle body with tps sensor
3- lower intake with water inlet with two one foot hoses
4- cobra bridge with one tension, an two fixed pullies
5- alt bracket for cobra
6- looks like bolts for intake an silver bushings for i.c.
7-fuel rail with pressure reg.
This is what I got stated as for complete install minus inter cooler pump and heat exchanger. Please advise cause I need alot more to make this work. I think..
special brackets for alt and tensioner @ $650
due to cobra not working without front engine plate and
alot of other pullies an brackets.
crank pulley @ $100-300
eaton bypass valve an vacuum lines @ $100+
all inter cooler plumbing, res, an wiring $unknown
throttle bracket
Anything Else???
Need Help Please

How did you ever figure out how to get all the parts together and do yours? I could never figure it all out on my own.

There are some members here that have the list of parts needed..Rex is one of them (SC Cheesehead) but he is under the weather at the moment and away from MM.net.

I have the list from Rex, but it is not real specific about some of the parts. Like misc. bolts, hoses, adapters, gaskets, brackets, fitttings.............

This^^^^!
I had no clue what was needed when I took my "complete" kit to Bob and Joe, and was amazed at how many incidentals were not included that had to be purchased.
As Bob said, that stuff adds up in a big hurry! Hundreds of dollars later...
;)

Everyone of these posts confirms why I have told every customer and potential customer that has inquired that the "kits" that are for sale are "tuner" kits. Theyare NOT like when you bought a Revell model as a kit and all you needed was some glue and a Testors paint kit.
Heck, we did Jordan's kit and he had too many "wrong" parts and not enough "right" parts. We got it all together, but the parts bills in these builds tends to grow unexpectedly when it gets down to installing the "complete kit."
Hang in there and start installing but make sure you have taken your patience pills before you do.

Which is all why I will now wait until some trusted MM member pulls their complete Eaton setup off their Marauder and wants to sell it.

You will probably be waiting a loooooong time. You can go online and buy all the parts in a day or two. Used or new.
I said parts. Not wiring, hoses and miscellaneous little stuff you can buy at Home Depot and auto parts stores.
I bought mostly new stuff myself.

That's what I am going to do. Start buying piece by piece using the list posted on this site and then have a reputable shop (like Mo's) review my "completed" list. Then, when COMPLETE, take the car to them for installation and tuning. Last, enjoy the extra 100+ horsepower and the ride home! :burnout:

This is also why I don't do installs for my mustang friends if they buy "used" blowers. Nothing better than having someone's car stuck in your shop from missing pieces.

This is why im doing a centri setup...wayyyyy easier to buy parts and easier to put together. Plus with a controlled wastegate and smaller pulley itll have close to the same low grunt as a heaton...just saying

Researching and buying all the parts wasn't as hard as I thought it was and was actually quite fun. Thanks to several people for helping me along the way. (You know who you are). Like Joe, I ended up with mostly new parts. The centerpiece being a factory fresh and assembled blower, intercooler and lower intake.

You mean stripped holes, broken studs, broken/kinked coolant tubes, missing 20% of the complete kit, a few small boxes of useless crap, and defective electrical goodies? Nope, NEVER happens here...
