Section for bad seller rip off

I know there is a positive trader notification and negative as well,
but from other sites they have a section where they list a bad guy seller or scam artist.
Could that be considered on here?
Not everyone these days look at the trader number next to the profile name/

When you post a trader comment you can enter if it was a negative or positive experience.
