so today i had alot of down time at work so i went ahead and installed my brand new ford focus fuel pump took me bout 2 hours taking my time...since this is first fuel pump ive installed

everything went smoothly..like everyone here said it was a direct plug and play.... went in very easy and nomore puttering my fuel pump was on its last straw was only getting 29psi and supposed to be getting what 40 at idle...

but yep add me to the list and i will agree its a very nice upgrade and cheaper than our OE one....

now i just need to do the 3' f-150 filter and cut the 2 90' angles out tom to get a little better flow....

cars back to the way she should be and im a happy camper :D

just wanted to share my experience with it and for you guys need to replace your fuel pump the focus pump is awesome

Unless you're going serious high-performance, I wouldn't cut out those 90° angles, unless you're going to flare the lines, convert to a high-quality replaceable filter with AN fittings.

yea that was my plan with the fittings and flare the lines but the 3' f-150 filter wouldnt be a good idea

also down the line maybe a year from now if everything stay good with my MM...planned on starting my own eaton swap

Then you should have put in dual Focus SVT fuel pumps witha BAP or a Ford GT fuel pump.
