Nitto NT850+ fronts review

LOVE em!

Corner on a dime, begged for more at the Atlanta Speedway, gripped the wet roads as GAMike played, and nice and quiet all the way home.

I run 420's on the rear and wouldn't ever change as they have flat out pull power, even while smoking, this car pulls HARD! I think the two go together very nice, I just wasn't willing to up the front size as these come in the OEM size. It's a shame the 420's aren't offered in the same size, but these will definitely do.

I have the NT850s on front but I think these tires are obsolete? ???

Can't find them anymore but the the Motivos are eerily similar.



Still tho I'm happy with my nt850s

I noticed looking around they were pushing the + series and claiming increased side wall stiffness. Maybe that's all you can get now?

Yeah, I was getting desperate in Atlanta because the only thing in stock anywhere (at least when I was there) were junk, or $400 apiece tires! One shop offered these (still had to pay $25 extra to have them picked up elsewhere) and I was happy from what I could pull off the net in a hurry with an almost dead phone. Glad I got them though and surely hope they aren't discontinued..

I just had 4 nitto nt850 put on my Marauder yesterday.
2 nitto nt850 235/50 18 - Front
2 nitto nt420s 255/55 18 - Rear

with Carfixer specs alignment
Front Alignment: Camber: -.3 to -.5 degrees.
Toe: Zero degrees.
Caster: 5-6.5 degrees positive with .3 degree lead on the right side.

146 for the fronts
151 for the rear
+ balancing
+ alignment
(ouch)
but it is done

So far I like the tires.. ok
they are very quiet

Had the Nitto 555s put on front 2 days before leaving to MVXI.

Very good, ride nice, excellent traction. Stuck like glue 95mph AMS curves and they wanted more.
