Anyone ever replace a radiator in the Marauder? It is a tough job?

Easy job. Only hard part is getting hoses off.

Be sure to burp the system when your done.

Can't be too bad cause it only pays 1.5 hours to change out.

Yes. It's a pita to get the A/C condenser unhooked off of the old radiator and re-hooked back onto the new radiator. Other than that getting all the air out through the crossover would be the only other issue.
