Over heating issues???

Has anyone experienced problems with over heating on an 2004 Marauder? I've put in a new radiator, Thermostat, & water pump...yet I'm still running high. Has stopped once, but otherwise running high and must park to cool down before I can go again. I've had her in my driveway running for a significant amount of time with no problems, it stays at about the halfway point, but soon as I drive off the gauge hand immediately starts to rise & continues to rise. From what I can tell the fan kicks on, but changes nothing!! Any help would be very greatly appreciated. I'm wondering if there is some sort of known issue that I'm not aware of. I've searched the threads here for any same/similar problems, but found nothing. MM had been running fine from day one then suddenly on a cool winters day it started over heating & hasn't stopped! HELP PLEASE! Sorry for the long post just wanna make sure I've explained it in as much detail as possible.

I'm pretty sure I've burped her properly also. Although I didn't see any actual bubbles? So I burped her again & still no bubbles.

Sometimes the air can be very hard to get out..You have the symptoms of it. Although I've never burped my system, These are the instructions most here recommend.. and it helpful to put the front end up on jack stands or ramps as high as safely possible.

There's a big difference between overheating and undercooling. Does it run hot while idling? Overheating. Does it run hot while going 70MPH? Undercooling. The difference between coolant flow and air flow are what needs to be determined. The vent on the crossover tube is the highest point in the cooling system. make sure all the air is burped out.

The cooling fans are pulse width controlled. I have seen the fans come on at the right temperature but the fan continues to run at low speeds when it gets even warmer to hot. Watch the fan come on, watch your gauge, rev the engine to 2000 for a little while then check the fan again to see if it speeded up. May not be the problem, but worth checking. Good luck.
